“The new rooms are a tribute to our land,” says Salvatore Pagano, second-generation owner. “Every space tells a story of our history, a story that welcomes guests with the same warmth and elegance we’ve always strived to offer.”
The hotel’s lobby, with its saffron yellow and white tones and soaring Ionic columns, greets guests with a harmonious blend of Mediterranean and Oriental influences. This space has been thoughtfully designed to both awe and embrace, guiding guests to the other key areas of the hotel.
From the lobby, guests can access Olivella Bistro, named after the lively hen in the hotel’s garden. Here, farm-to-table dishes are served, prepared with the freshest ingredients sourced from the hotel’s own garden and family farm— a true zero-kilometre dining experience.

Holos Spa, sanctuary of holistic approach is set within 700 square meters of intimate space designed by architect Giampiero Panepinto, Holos Spa unites the cool brilliance of purple Calacatta marble with the warmth of porous lava stone.
Drawing inspiration from Cilento’s millennia-old wellness heritage—from the ancient city of Elea to the Salernitan medical tradition—this sanctuary offers a holistic approach to well-being.
Guests enjoy three temperature-controlled pools, a salt cave, an ice room, a Turkish hammam, and a sauna. Treatments focus on holistic renewal: massages are enhanced by a signature blend of olive oil and the distinctive aroma of white mulberry, emblematic of Cilento.
A transformative rasul treatment is offered in a dedicated marble-clad room—a modern reinterpretation of the traditional Moroccan hammam, distinct from the ancient Greek-inspired therapies.
Additionally, a private area for two—with its own sauna, pool, Turkish bath, and massage beds—provides an intimate setting for personalised relaxation. All treatments use natural products made from ingredients sourced from San Salvatore 1988, the family’s zero-impact farm in the Cilento National Park, including buffalo milk, grape must, olive oil and other local treasures.
Tre Olivi Restaurant is a culinary tribute to Mediterranean heritage. A tribute to the Mediterranean diet and the revered olive tree – a symbol of the ancient Greek tradition that flourishes in the Cilento region is Tre Olivi, a Michelin-starred restaurant at the Savoy Hotel & Spa. With olive wood furnishings and ingredients sourced from the hotel’s botanical garden and the Pagano family’s organic farm, San Salvatore 1988, the restaurant emphasises sustainability and authenticity.
Since 2024, Chef Oliver Glowig has taken the helm at Restaurant Tre Olivi. A native of Germany who has made Italy his home, his culinary journey has led him to the Grand Hotel Quisisana in Capri with Gualtiero Marchesi, Acquarello in Munich, and both Capri Palace Hotel & Spa and Hotel Aldrovandi Villa Borghese in Rome.
His cuisine is healthy and respectful of nature—each dish is crafted with creativity and care, drawing deeply on the culinary heritage of Cilento.
Here in Cilento, food is more than nourishment, it is a way of life. At Tre Olivi, every plate tells the story of our land’s traditions and the care we take to respect nature’s bounty,” comments Salvatore Pagano, CEO of the Savoy Hotel & Spa.
