Radisson Hotel Group has signed an agreement with developer Groß & Partner for a Radisson Collection Hotel in FOUR Frankfurt, one of Europe’s most prominent urban mixed-use developments. Located within the landmark 173-meter T2 tower, the hotel is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2027 and will become the second Radisson Collection property in Germany, following the brand’s debut in Berlin.

The agreement marks a strategic commitment to Frankfurt and to the continued growth of Radisson Collection in Germany. It secures a highly visible position for the brand in one of the continent’s most powerful business gateways, where financial influence, global connectivity, international trade fairs, and corporate demand converge.

Elie Younes, Executive Vice President & Global Chief Development Officer at Radisson Hotel Group, says: “FOUR Frankfurt represents a landmark addition to the Radisson Collection portfolio and perfectly embodies our brand promise to our guests and owners. As one of Europe’s most significant and bold mixed-use developments, it offers an exceptional opportunity to create a distinctive lifestyle luxury experience in the heart of Frankfurt. This signing reinforces our long-term confidence in Frankfurt and the German market, while further strengthening Radisson Collection’s position in key gateway cities across the world.”

This signing adds Frankfurt to Radisson Collection’s growing presence in major gateway cities across the region, following Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Rome, and Brussels. Since its launch in 2018, Radisson Collection has grown to nearly 70 hotels worldwide, with a portfolio focused on distinctive properties in exceptional destinations.

FOUR Frankfurt is one of Europe’s most prominent urban mixed-use developments, bringing together offices, residences, retail, dining, and hospitality across four towers in one of Frankfurt’s most central and connected locations.

Set between the city’s banking district and luxury retail core, with cultural landmarks and public transport links within easy reach, the development sits at the heart of the metropolitan experience.

It received DGNB Platinum precertification and is a pilot project under the DGNB “Vertical Cities” framework, supported by measures such as geothermal energy systems, smart digital monitoring, biodiversity initiatives, and more than 2,300 bicycle parking spaces. Radisson Collection Hotel, Frankfurt will be located within the T2 tower and add an international hospitality component to the development, bringing international guests, additional visitor traffic, and publicly accessible dining and bar venues to the district.

The hotel’s rooms and suites will be located on floors 11 to 19, with floor-to-ceiling glazing and views of the Frankfurt skyline. The hotel will include 189 rooms and suites, a ground-floor lobby with lounge and bar, a first-floor restaurant and bar with approximately 135 seats, and a fitness area.

Developed by Radisson Hotel Group’s in-house design and architecture team in Madrid, the design concept “Urban Layers” reflects Frankfurt’s blend of historical cityscape, financial center, cultural life, and skyline through warm neutral tones, mineral shades, refined materials and layered lighting.
