Africa Tourism Partners has announced the top 5 finalists of the Africa Tourism Leadership Awards (ATLA 2023).
Over 200 nominations for the nine categories were received from across the African continent for awards that ran from 23 June to 15 August 2023.
That was followed by a rigorous adjudication process by international panel of judges to select the top five (5) finalists.
The Africa Tourism Leadership Forum and Awards categories are as follows: Leading in Progressive Policies’ Award; Outstanding Entrepreneurship Award; Outstanding Africa Tourism Media & Marketing Award; Championing Sustainability Award; Most Innovative Business Tourism Destination Award; Outstanding Accommodation Facility/Group Award; Outstanding Tourism Transportation Award; Destination Africa – Lifetime Award.
Announcement of the winner, first and second runner up is scheduled for 06 October 2023 at an Awards Gala Dinner in Gaborone Botswana.
