Organisers of Nigeria’s leading hospitality event Hotel Expo Nigeria (HEN) have announced a new date for the 2024 edition after it was postponed as a result of the nationwide protests.
The new date for the fifth edition will now be on the 28th-29th of August, 2024, at the Landmark Event Centre, Lagos, Nigeria.
In a statement released today by the convener, on behalf of the organisers, Joe Hanson said ‘Having carefully evaluated the prevailing conditions in the society and with assurances from the authorities as regards security and safety, we are now ready for a hitch free event and are confident to proceed in tandem with our partners and all stakeholders’.
He revealed that the new date for the event will give all ample time for the over 2,200 registered attendees and 58 exhibitors to readjust their schedule, prepare adequately for both days.
He also thanked all partners, stakeholders and exhibitors for their patience and understanding and gave assurances of this years event being the best one yet.
