The award-winning Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB), is gearing up to further solidify its reputation as a premier international destination for a diverse range of high-profile events.

From October 2024 through early 2025, EWB will host an exciting range of high-profile exhibitions and conferences, reinforcing Bahrain’s position as a leading hub for global business tourism, entertainment and grand Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) events.

From now until the close of 2024, EWB will offer an impressive schedule of internationally acclaimed events, attracting visitors from across the region and beyond.

October kicks off with Fintech Forward, organised by the Bahrain Economic Development Board, showcasing the latest innovation in financial technology, followed by Cocoon’s 25-year world tour, celebrating the band’s legacy, and the renowned World Routes, a major aviation event stemming from a strategic collaboration between the Bahrain Airport Company, Gulf Air and leading event organiser Informa Markets, bringing the largest global aviation networking event to Bahrain.

The venue will also host the International Maintenance, Reliability & Asset Management Conference (MAINTCON) 2024, and the 9th United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNTWO) Gastronomy Forum, exploring the convergence of gastronomy and tourism.

November brings Informa Markets’ leading events Jewellery Arabia, Scent Arabia, and Cityscape Bahrain back to Exhibition World Bahrain, held concurrently for the third time.

Moving into 2025, EWB will continue to host an exceptional roster of events that will appeal to diverse sectors.

These include the Innovation in Social Housing Conference, Autumn Fair, a vibrant consumer show offering a range of products from fashion to F&B and home goods, the 3rd GCC Law and Arbitration Week, and closing January with the Educational Supplies and Technology Fair.

In February, Bahrain International Garden Show, an exhibition dedicated to horticulture and landscaping, returns to EWB, followed by the Global Water Energy and Climate Change Congress.

Other private and corporate events will also take place from October 2024 to early 2025, including banquets and graduation ceremonies for several schools and universities.

Commenting on the upcoming events, Mrs Sara Ahmed Buhiji, the CEO of Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority and Chairman of Exhibition World Bahrain, said: “We are thrilled to unveil a new roster of events over the coming months, many of which are debuting in Bahrain for the first time. This exceptional lineup supports the positioning of Bahrain and EWB as a preferred destination for global business and innovation. It also supports our efforts to attract world-class exhibitions and conferences, fostering international collaborations, and showcasing the dynamic capabilities of our region, with Bahrain at the heart of it. Exhibition World Bahrain is poised to become a cornerstone of Bahrain’s business tourism strategy, and our attraction of major global events further cements this.”
