Business travel is evolving toward increasingly integrated models, where strategic consulting, technology, and customer relationship management become central assets.

In a context characterized by increased attention to spend control, compliance, and data governance, travel management companies are strengthening their role as partners in corporate mobility management.

It is within this context that Cisalpina Tours International (CTI) received three awards at the thirteenth edition of the Italian Mission Awards, a corporate travel gala organized by the publishing house Newsteca.

CTI received the following awards: Best Travel Management Company; Best Account Management Service and Best Self-Booking Tool.

Three categories that reflect some of the industry’s key development trends.

The Best Travel Management Company award confirms CTI’s positioning in the business travel landscape, where companies increasingly require consulting capabilities, integrated process management, and strategic travel policy support, with a particular focus on 24-hour service.

The award for Best Account Management Service highlights the role of account management as a key element in the relationship between client companies and TMCs: an operational and consultative support service capable of supporting companies in the day-to-day management of travel.

The Best Self-Booking Tool award recognizes CTI’s ongoing investment in developing a suite of digital solutions focused on process automation and the production of data and analytics to support business decisions.

“The three awards we’ve received represent the result of a collaborative effort involving all of our organization’s business units,” commented Loretta Bartolucci, Global Commercial Director of CTI – Cisalpina Tours International. “Today’s business travel requires the integration of skills and technology. These awards recognize our ability to work collaboratively to offer corporate clients tools, consulting, and operational support at every stage of corporate mobility.”

“We are proud of these accolades because they confirm our ongoing growth, consistent with our vision: to bring Italian expertise, service quality, and innovation to the international markets in which we operate,” stated Giorgio Garcea, Chief Operating Officer of CTI – Cisalpina Tours International. “For us, excellence is not a static achievement, but a daily commitment that involves people, processes, and technology, with the goal of offering clients an increasingly robust, integrated, and global service model.”

The awards given to CTI demonstrate the industry’s evolution toward models increasingly oriented toward strategic travel program management, where operational efficiency is integrated with technological innovation and an ongoing relationship between TMC and customers.
