De Signature Tower Hotel and Suites marked a remarkable milestone, its second anniversary that reflected everything the hotel stands for: elegance, excellence, and unforgettable experiences on January 15, 2026 in Ibadan.
From the moment guests arrived, the hotel shimmered with celebration. The hall, adorned with tasteful décor and glowing lights, set the tone for an event that honored two years of dedication, growth, and hospitality. Soft music filled the air as staff, dressed impeccably, welcomed guests with warm smiles the same warmth that has defined De Signature Tower since its doors first opened.

In his welcome address, the General Manager of De Signature Tower Hotel, Muideen Olasunmade took a heartfelt moment to appreciate the guests whose loyalty and trust have been the backbone of the hotel’s success.

The General Manager expressed sincere gratitude to customers for choosing De Signature Tower Hotel and for continually believing in its vision of excellence, comfort, and exceptional service. He emphasized that every milestone achieved over the past two years was made possible by the unwavering support of valued guests and partners.
Addressing guests during the celebration, the Chairman of De Signature Tower Hotel, Elder Bode Oyelami said “Today is more than a celebration of time; it is a celebration of vision, resilience, teamwork, and excellence”.

He stated further that two years ago, De Signature Tower Hotel was established with a clear purpose to create a hospitality brand that would stand for quality service, comfort, and professionalism, while setting a new benchmark in Ibadan’s hospitality industry.
The chairman also specially commended the management team and staff. He stated that their dedication, discipline, and passion for excellence are the driving force behind everything the hotel have achieved in these past two years as the vision of the hotel is steadily becoming a reality.

Speaking during the anniversary ceremony, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde represented by the Deputy Governor, Barrister Adebayo Lawal lauded the founder of De Signature Tower Hotel for investing in the hospitality sector and for contributing meaningfully to economic growth and tourism development in Ibadan and Oyo State at large.

According to the Deputy Governor, the establishment of De Signature Tower Hotel has not only elevated hospitality standards in the city but has also created employment opportunities for residents, supported local businesses, and positioned Ibadan as an attractive destination for both business and leisure travelers.

In his address, the hotel Consultant, Sunday Omogoye disclosed that despite the challenges that come with building and sustaining a world-class hospitality business, De Signature Tower Hotel have remained focused, innovative, and resilient. He reaffirmed that the hotel will remain committed to continuous improvement, superior service delivery, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through their doors.
Omogoye lauded the Chairman for his vision of bringing high level hospitality experience to the ancient city of Ibadan. He commended the directors, management, partners and the entire staff for their excellence service delivery in the last two years.
A highlight of the event was the ceremonial cake cutting, symbolizing gratitude for the journey so far and hope for an even brighter future. Applause echoed through the hall as management expressed heartfelt thanks with awards and gifts to the dedicated team whose passion and professionalism have been the foundation of the hotel’s success.
