Boulevard Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of Amandla Training & Conference Centre, its first operational hotel in South West Nigeria, officially opening to the public on 15th March 2026.
Strategically located in Ilisan, Ogun State, just five minutes’ drive from the Gateway Airport, Amandla is built purposely to serve Nigeria’s growing demand for high-quality training, conferencing, and residential hospitality.
The hotel features 48 beautifully appointed guest rooms alongside extensive conference, meeting, and training facilities, positioning it as a preferred destination for corporate retreats, government trainings, professional workshops, academic programs, and institutional events.
Speaking at the announcement, Chief Executive Officer, Boulevard Hotels & Resorts, Ekene Nnabuihe described the opening as a major milestone in the group’s expansion strategy.
“The opening of Boulevard Amandla marks a defining moment for us. It is not just our first operational hotel in the Southwest, but a strong statement of our commitment to developing purpose-driven hospitality assets across Nigeria. Amandla is designed to empower learning, collaboration, and productivity while delivering comfort and excellent service”, Nnabuihe said.
Boulevard Hotels & Resorts further confirmed that its 144-room hotel in Ibadan, also located in the Southwest, is currently under development and scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2026.
In addition, the group announced the upcoming Boulevard Carizma Beach Hotel, Ajah, an 85-room oceanfront property with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean, which is billed to open in the third quarter of 2026, thereby further solidifying Boulevard’s presence across South West Nigeria.
