Boulevard Hotel Group, a leading hospitality management company renowned for operational excellence and market-relevant hotel repositioning, has officially assumed the management of Peregrine Hotel & Suites, Jos, following the successful execution of a Hotel Management Agreement with the property’s owners.
The agreement marks a strategic partnership aimed at repositioning Peregrine Hotel & Suites as a leading hospitality destination in Jos, delivering enhanced guest experiences, improved operational efficiency, and sustainable long-term value for the owners.
Under the terms of the Management Agreement, Boulevard Hotel Group will assume full operational management of the property, providing comprehensive oversight across hotel operations, financial management, human capital development, brand positioning, and revenue optimization effective 1st January, 2026.
The partnership reflects a shared aspiration to elevate Peregrine Hotel & Suites into a benchmark lifestyle and business hotel in Plateau State, catering to corporate travelers, leisure guests, retreats, and curated events, while responding to the evolving expectations of today’s discerning guests.
Speaking on the partnership, Boulevard Hotel Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ekene Nnabuihe, noted that the takeover aligns with the Group’s broader strategy of expanding its footprint across key Nigerian markets through partnerships focused on asset protection, service quality, and commercial performance.
