Avianca is pleased to announce the appointment of as Senior Vice President of Loyalty & LifeMiles. In this role, Manso will oversee and lead the airline’s loyalty program.
Manso brings extensive experience in business strategy, digital transformation, innovation, customer loyalty, banking, and aviation. His approach combines commercial vision with a strong ability to generate long-term value by developing solutions focused on the customer experience.
He also brings solid expertise in developing and executing business strategies, innovation, and loyalty programs.
