Heirs Insurance Group has inaugurated the Heirs Insurance Retirement Dream Competition to support retirees and pre-retirees across the country with grants to realise their post-retirement aspirations.
According a statement by the company on Wednesday, the initiative will feature a N5 million prize pool.
This would target Nigerians aged 50 to 75 who are retired or nearing retirement and had previously engaged in paid employment.
Participants are required to submit a one-minute video outlining a dream or project that will enhance their retirement life.
The statement reads, “Three winners will be selected. The top entry will receive a N2.5 million grant, while the first and second runners-up will receive N1.5 million and N1 million respectively.
“To participate, applicants must submit a one-minute video entry sharing a dream that will empower them to enjoy their retirement life through the website, www.heirsinsurancegroup.com/retireesclub.
“Submissions are open from Aug. 6 to Sept. 12 and the winners of the competition will be announced in October.”
The company also said that the competition was part of a broader initiative under the newly established Heirs Insurance Retirees Club.
The platform is designed to help retirees connect, access expert advice on health and financial wellness as well as enhance their overall quality of life.
