EcoSignature Hospitality Services, an hospitality management and franchise assessor company has announced the promotion of Ms. Aishat Olokode to the position of Regional General Manager (SW & FCT – Nigeria).
In her new role effective from 1st May, 2024, she will be responsible for overseeing operations in Southwest Nigeria, the FCT Abuja, including the Osogbo unit that she currently manages.
This was disclosed in a release communicated by the Director of Operations and Standards (DOS) EcoSignature Hospitality Services, Kike Babalola.
As the Regional General Manager, she will
be tasked with leading and motivating all staff within the Southwest region and FCT; Developing and implementing regional sales and marketing strategies; Ensuring that all branches meet or exceed their financial targets; Maintaining and building strong client relationships throughout the region; Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures to improve profitability and Providing regular reports on the performance of the Southwest region and the FCT.
Ms. Olokode will now be reporting to Director, Operations & Standard.
Olokode Aisha began her professional career path with Continent Worldwide Hotels as a management trainee.
Through her years of hotel service, she has gained proven leadership expertise in hospitality operations, sales, and staff development, making her a valuable asset to Continent Worldwide Hotel.
Ms. Olokode, an alumnus of Atiba University Oyo and the Lagos State Polytechnic (now Lagos State University of Science and Technology), holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc.) in Hotel Management and Tourism, a Higher National Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management among others.
She is Associate member of Association of Tourism & Hospitality Consultants in Nigeria (ATHCON).
She has developed herself in the field by acquiring several certifications such as Fundamentals of Hospitality Distribution & Revenue Management, Customer Relationship Management, Leadership mastery, Emotional Intelligence, Food Safety and Hygiene in the Catering Industry.
